Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the jp9d platform, accessible via the website jp9d.win and the associated mobile app. These Terms take full effect from the date you first use our platform .

By accessing or using any part of the JP9D platform — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, play games, or claim promotions — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please stop using the platform immediately.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. JP9D will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include national ID, passport, and bank statement.

JP9D reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend accounts suspected of containing false information without providing any reason.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the jp9d platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Deposit limits can be adjusted to suit your needs via account settings.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 working hours once the request is submitted and KYC verification is completed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• JP9D reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal for compliance and security purposes.
• Any processing fees charged by banks or payment providers are the player's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

JP9D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. General provisions are as follows:

• Welcome bonus can only be claimed once only by each eligible new player.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement set before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus use that meet the wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• JP9D reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotion abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Game Rules

All games available on the jp9d platform are operated in accordance with transparent and fair rules. The following applies to all players:

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent verification body to ensure fairness in every round.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed, except in cases of proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, jp9d will endeavour to restore the session from the last point recorded by the system.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JP9D platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Collusion between players to manipulate games or defraud the system.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Fund transfers between player accounts without jp9d approval.
• Any money laundering activity or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt jp9d's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during the KYC process or in any transaction.

Account Closure & Suspension

JP9D reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure request initiated by the player.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the JP9D support team. Valid balances will be refunded once all withdrawal requirements have been met.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jp9d shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of a player's betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond JP9D's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Losses resulting from the player's disclosure of login credentials to another party.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages even if JP9D has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

JP9D will always strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
